International Logistics

Focusing on the global circulation of auto parts, we provide international shipping, air freight, rail freight services, as well as import and export customs declaration and clearance, and overseas warehousing services. Our overseas warehouses in Toronto, Panama and other locations are already in operation. We cooperate with global logistics providers such as UPS and FEDEX, covering Southeast Asia, Europe, America, Central Africa and other regions to meet the needs of global circulation.

Warehousing & Distribution Integration Cases

1、Warehousing & Distribution Mode for Auto Parts Sub-warehouses

The client is a well-known factory in the auto parts industry. Originally, they adopted a “single-warehouse serving the whole country” model. Under this model, resulting in long urgent order fulfillment times, there was a high requirement for the minimum order quantity, logistics costs were relatively high, and there were client complaints.
Through communication, we found that the client’s product SKUs were relatively few. Targeting the client’s sales regions, we designed a “1 central warehouse + 3 sub-warehouses” model, and implemented real-time online inventory monitoring.
After deducting inventory costs, the overall cost decreased by 10%, delivery time was reduced by 32.4 hours, and the 24-hour order fulfillment rate increased from 28% to 93%, bringing improved client satisfac-tion.

2、E-commerce Platform Warehousing and Distribution Services

Starting from September 2020, GSL has established sub-warehouses in Foshan (Guangdong), Wuhan (Hubei), Shaoxing (Zhejiang), Wuxi (iangsu), Jinan (Shandong), Tianjin, and Zhengzhou (Henan) one after another. Successively, we provided national one-piece drop shipping services for 120 platform merchants.
Through resource sharing, the clients have achieved optimizations in many aspects such as labor costs, site costs, warehousing facilities costs, and packaging material costs, with a comprehensive cost reduction of 14%.

3、Urban Distribution Services Mode

The customer’s warehouse is located in Shaoxing, with the urban distribution scope covering Shaoxing and Ningbo. But the distribution nodes are scattered, and the on-time delivery satisfaction rate is low.
After undertaking the business, GSL adjusted the distribution method and order production plan, focusing on dedicated line distribution with a two-shift daily operation. Orders placed the previous day are delivered by 12:00 PM the next day, and orders placed on the same day are delivered by 4:00 PM.
For planned and unplanned orders, different transportation methods are matched. Costs are reduced by 15%, the overall on-time delivery rate reaches 100%, and the fulfillment timeliness exceeds customer expectations.

4、Full-link Domestic and International Comprehensive Logistics Service

The customer is a domestic OEM auto parts bulk trade exporter. Exported goods need to be repackaged according to the destination country’s standards. Due to the small batch size of single-product transac-tions, the factory’s packaging cost is high.
The customer entrusts GSL to provide full-link logistics services, including CKD operations, international transportation, customs declaration, and customs clearance. The warehouse unpacks, labels, and repack-ages goods according to customer orders, palletizes them according to international transportation standards, and makes long-term planned booking based on customer shipping plans. This helps custom-ers reduce costs and increase efficiency, with packaging costs reduced by 23% and transportation costs reduced by 15%.
